    i think it was already flagged ( dont forget they have a $12m overdraft facility that can be called upon if needed) tho good news should see the shareprice rise pretty quickly ELL is now moving on clarke river drilling, their CEO will be on the board of directors or the new CEO - cant tell from the merger annoucement.
