You may be right banjar, we will wait and see what if anything happens. It is certainly true that most western countries are much softer on illicit drug use than many other places. Gee in some muslim countries even alcohol use is a serious offence, though I don't think this is the case with Indonesia.
I suppose this comes about as a result of the wests focus on the rights of the individual versus many other countries focus on the rights of the community.
