I dont use good for today orders but good for today could mean until 4 pm and not include the close auction between 4pm to 4.10pm. Just under 1/3 of my trades are in the pre and closed auctions and never had any issues except twice comsec put my sell order on hold happened over a year ago to check if i was manupulating NST share price within 2 minites of the auction close no joke for 15000 units only so they never got executed. Rang up told me why and coudnt beleive they targeted me a small time retailer vs the banks institions and fund managers .
