    When you say Patersons are selling - I guess you mean Paterson clients. My understanding is that Patersons agree to the underwriting on the bases of allicating the shares amongst their sophisticated investing clients. There fore its up to those with the shares to sell etc. I dont think Paterson keeps any for themselves.
