Fund managers will usually sell down (mainly) based on their mandates. For example super funds will have investment mandates that disctate the $ value held in various categories. This also drills down into companies and usually they need to have a AAA rating. There is a lot more to the monies held by instos than just the 5%
Having said that, I'm eagerly awaiting the full year results which should be a ripper
