I'm not so sure about that.....here's an ASX suspension notice noting a number of co's that failed to lodge half year reports. BIG is not listed (possibly due to already being suspended) or ASX & ASIC are reviewing before formal acceptance.

The securities of the following companies will be suspended from Official Quotation from the commencement of trading today, 01 March 2018 following failure to lodge their Half Year Report and Accounts or Preliminary Final Report for the period ended 31 December 2017, in accordance with ASX Listing Rules.
