I agree. The reason why the drill bit was stuck is because there were too much gas pressure. With the well now being completed for production after less than 40 days since spud, I expect significant savings in drilling cost. With decent flow rate, the well cost will probably be recovered in less than 6 months.
Another thing that was overlooked in the announcement is the strong Rocket2 condensate results - 280 barrel a day.
