One poster said the Ionic investor presentation was published February 20, but I cannot personally vouch for that date.
In that presentation it said that the triggering conditions would be be in 4-8 weeks. Doesn't mean CLQ will act immediately,
they have an option; but it implies the earliest for a JV announcement would be mid-to-late March.
