...has been promising finance for almost 3 full years now and failed to deliver
...has laid off staff and put the company in a holding pattern as they will shortly run out of money ($1M left end of this month with no CR held)
...hasn't announced a plan B if graphite mining in Tanzania doesn't proceed ( old Nickel tenements gone)
...hasn't managed to achieve an SEZ license for in country processing facilities
...has been at the helm whilst many staff resignations have occurred. Most quite recently.
Imo the company needs fresh blood to progress further. It appears this current batch of directors have lost their drive to succeed.
