The thing with options is that you have to pay on or before the conversion date 11 cents to convert them to heads .
You have 696 days before that day comes.
You can buy and sell oppies as much as you like within this timeframe .
An oppie holder cannot vote on any thing to do with company business .
As for your being here a couple of years you are not on your own .
