If you read the offer doc. you will see the issue is fully underwritten by Southern Cross Equities
Directors are taking up their rights (for $244K)
plus an additional $220K in shares.
The usual get out clauses are there, but thats standard
So unless there is an overall market meltdown, the money is in.
Suggest you get on IMU site or ASX site and read it in full
