So ask the question - why would they want to hold onto the results?
A negative response is - they are hiding poor results.
A positive answer might be - the Korean Government wants to keep a lid on it.
To me that negative response that someone might give is far too drastic and requires that you believe a lot of other things are wrong.
The positive answer sounds like something a Government might do.
Suggesting the Market being encouraged is the most import
goal maybe not in the minds of the Korean Government or Eden.
