forgive my cynicism The faces change but does NSW? Sell off public land ie. desperately short green space, playing fields and future road reserves to property developer cronies at knock down rates justified to build needed infrastructure that surprise will turn out to be uneconomic in the planning stage and therefore never built. If he actually builds the infrastructure without an Olympic games he will be an absolute icon. It should be noted that US universities are building massive green (yes parks and ovals) campuses to attract the best.

Smart meters for every home My understanding is that Hsn sites in Japan are smart meters and are scalable. Smart meters are an obvious green option. Run your washing machine when the winds blowing. Long term this stock shows plenty of signs of being in the right place at the right time.
