There's more to WMR than meets the eye.
I've worked at one of their mines and spoken to some of their employees.
Nepotism (jobs for the boys) is rife.
A farmer can get a job in the maintenance dept. just because he knows someone that works there.
It stinks.
When one considers the amount of capital involved, the best people should be available, but they're not.
In mitigation, I have to say that if WMR found good people to staff operations and maintenance functions, who's to say whether those people could be persuaded to live close to these isolated sites?
No. Investing frivolously in this stock is a definite no-no.
The best of due diligence is required.
