6am Perth time is 9am eastern, so if AUZ gave them the Ann at 6am Perth time... that's 1 hour for ASX to read and proof the document, ASX also have a couple hundred releases of information daily... they are scrutinizing AUZ so they want to read carefully. They also have time zones if they do have any issues or queries. SKI is in Korea... and WA businesses don't open till 8:30am or 9am Perth time... get what I'm saying?
