Look at DMM's original announcement though... they give a map... and the boarders of the licsence run through this area.
As you said though it is a lot closer to the rail than stated by DMM... however they stated ""MUCH of the Fe tonnage is within close proximity (20-30km) to exisiting rail network"". So this doesnt exclude the mine de fer and localite importante area... IMO
