The JORC announcement will not see this re-rate. It will re-rate with constant drilling and results because people can easily do a back of the envelope calculation to determine resource size within a certain margin of error. JORC will just confirm numbers.
The reason why the SP is lagging....well its plain and simple. People want to see sufficient progress with 50-100m spacing to enable a resource calculation and we haven't got that yet. Sinking holes in the same spot with different angles isn't going to cut it.
