Its more likely they have probably been told to put things on hold or on slow down mode by the company over the Christmas break......
The company is also in my view now most likely spending more funds on wining and dinning our Namibian Corporations (non financial contributory friends) over more non productive/ non established diamond leases. I wonder what interests / equity the company will give away this time ???
