    Oilex invited Brad Lingo onto the board in order to restore some semblance of credibility .


    The C/R should be suspended until the composition of the Petrel board is changed to restore investors confidence so they can advance more funds .

    Is there anyone with any sort of good reputation who would want to put it on the line with Petrel ?
