at a very quick glance this looks very good... has good enough detail in it and the biggest kicker is the
Capital costs - $2.4-2.5m with 30% contingency
the cost of production is also pretty low with $27 - $21 (300Kt-750KTpa)
the projected time to production - 12 - 14 months seems great with no native titles to worry about
FINANCE- not that sounds great - more info awaited
will try and make a list of all the significant points in a more comprehensive post later on - just too early in the day and a lot of stuff on hand atm...
but all in all to an untrained eye like me (been through only 6 PFS in my entire investing career) this looks good as it is not for a $100m project but something smaller and tighter and easier to get done than building an Ni processing plant
