Worryingly, when I look at this Sonangol website it is showing the 13 Dec list of pre-qualified companies, both operator and non-operator, for the 2007/08 licensing round.

Cityview is not showing. Only pre-qualified companies are entitled to submit proposals. Is this an old list from a previous round that is awaiting a fresh update?

I have a very large holding in CVI and would be shafted big time if this falls through.
