deferred SPP due to "market volatility" to me is code for price is too low and they will lose if SPP goes ahead becuase they forecast a shoot up in price in near future so hold - investors must have been banging doors to get in but their idea of SPP price is different to managements so doors remain shut - time will tell who has the acumen and who has been shafting.
