Short answer, depending on the product design, the actual amount put up will vary.
The usual issues of a) is this right for your SMSF ie. does it fit your investment strategy/ timeframe/ objectives/ experience/ etc, and b) does your trust deed allow it, even if the law now does,
still apply.
One point that's been a bit overlooked is that it's not just property warrants, but other things too - unless someone else wants to beat me to the punch, I'll post some stuff over the weekend for you to read.
