Japara in my opinion, after there greenfields/brownfields are complete and no flu epidemic, will be at the level of estia .

Regis is in distant 3rd ..

take the time to look at estia's quarterly alongside japara's , and keep in mind their share prices.. Its clear to me which has the best room to grow for share price, (both do BUT one more than the other )
