Vaz has been around too long to get into any trouble,

he can buy or sell shares any time, but if it co-incides with a price sensitive announcement then it is of course questionable,

he is aware of this so would not risk anything.

I suppose he could say he had a long standing order in, I would guess because of the timing it is not that market moving.


Hope I am wrong and it sends it to a dollar. (joking here so don't get excited)
