I think most people would agree that it’s not the Assests that’s letting MTC down. It’s the sentiment with Management.
I’m happy to be told otherwise, but that’s the general vibe I’m getting.
I would even go on say if the management was replaced by their peers then the forward looking sentiment would improve drastically until it came to delivering results.
