Regardless, I don’t believe the current state of the shareprice is relevant to what was included in Alwyns remuneration package at the time it was determined

Those millions of options he was granted had significant value at the time they were granted (and continue to hold value)

If the company hits 11c prior to June, will this be due to Alwyn’s part-time work as company secretary? Will he have earned his $372,000 then?

Keep in mind these options are not awarded as an STI, but rather just as a standard component of his remuneration!

In any case, I don’t own any KPO shares. If you’re satisfied with the quantum of Alwyn’s salary I certainly have no reason to gripe. Good luck longs.
