    OK sweet thanks guys ... i will look at some of the threads from last night. Makes sense that he's not taking part in the open bidding process, they would struggle to match the big $$ and MS's level of confidence would suggest other means of getting the lease. He has been cofident of being issues 2 permits for around a year now. May not be KON11&12 after all.
