Only take a couple of you to get together.... Rules of engagement, as far as I am aware, to be classified as a "Proffesional Investor &/or a "Sophisticated Investor" you must have an annual income of $250K+ pa &/or gross assets amounting to $2.5M+. The evidence has to be documented and sighted. You will then be issued with the appropriate accredidation. Then you need a Broking House prepared to look after you, yet another advantage of using Brokers. Good luck if you fit any of the criteria to qualify for "708" status, it can be a passport to reach "the unreachable dream". Carl.
