bullish analyst reports

A dealer at one of the major brokers has just put out a note within their firm which descibes the ridiculously tight market for coal. At the end of the summary, he says that THE way to play coking coal at the moment is to buy RIV, which he earlier described as sitting on perhaps the world's largest coal deposit. Don't know if many have read it as it is not from the analyst at the firm but a dealer (might be in London, not sure).
Meanwhile, by coincidence, an analyst at an Australian broker has just put out a report valuing RIV at $20.17.
