Could be the start of a decent bounce off the Bollinger band if it holds or improves current levels.
the previous times a spinning top on the Bollinger band was followed by positive green day generally lead to a further move up.
Williams %R seems to also be leaving oversold area.
If this played out it would also mark a higher low, which is also bullish.
