Well the experts are very exited by the data and what they saw , that’s is enough for me when u have no treatment options. The fda reconfirmed this by allowing p3 and last time I checked they don’t just hand out rubber stamps for p3.
The problem is there is little in the pipeline to treat these conditions so I doubt pharma would let Neu pass just to wait and see if a competitor comes up with something better
First mover advantage here will be huge
