C&M until the price goes back well above break-even and shareholders are no-longer owners of the business? How did they transfer ownership of assets legally? Bring on the class action then as a profitable mine that has not been sold with an intact share registry sounds like an easy win to me... this time we need a no-win no-fee type situation as everyone chipping in fees didn't work at all.
Is there any precedent for shareholders getting this type of mega-shaft in the past.. surely they would of had to of sold dirt cheap during the $4/pound spot price phase as now it would be a tough sell to tell holders its a mining operating with "zero" and no money is recoverable.
Might have to sue the VA overseers also, they MUST of failed their duty of care to holders!
Well looking like I have a giant tax write-off? And I can bring it forward to next yeah to cancel profits tax right?
