Over the previous 5 years the performance of Sydney, Melbourne and regional NSW and VIC have surprised most (but not all).
Recent migration data and historical trends, however, demonstrate that after a period of strong price growth in both NSW and VIC many owner occupiers take the opportunity to cash out and move interstate and investors start looking for the next areas of growth as well.
So in view of the above, which cities/towns do experienced investors think will outperform over the following 5 years?
