Evan looks fine on paper and I can understand why the Tanzanian project fell over, but to appoint the father-in-law of the MD to the board and not tell the shareholders of this relationship is a shockingly bad judgement call. What possible oversight could Evan provide of Bernard's actions? They need to get serious or the SP will be sub 2c before the CR closes.
