    The company hinted at bringing in new directors, saying it "intends to continue to add strength and experience to the board, as well as establish additional committees to monitor compliance and governance".

    Big Un "will update the market as soon as it is able".

    The sharemarket darling of 2017 soared from 25¢ to almost $5 before closing the year at $3.63. It last traded at $2.22, valuing the business at $382 million.
