The future hinges on the Russian coal deal which is provisionally financed for $40 at $1, which provides some confidence in SP value should it go ahead.
The deal was slated for completion about 7 months ago, and just keeps going on with expected completion stated for Dec quarter if I remember correctly. If this deadline is met, it should be a merry Christmas any day now.
The SP keeps going up - either on blind faith or on insider knowledge - I dont know which.
I would not like to buy at these prices given uncertainty, but am a comfortable holder from much lower levels, even if I did spike it to all time highs at the time.
