Until they announce the method of raising then we don't know. I would be surprised if it's a raising via retail investors. That's a long process and I think they ran out of time to do it about two weeks ago.

Instead, the timing of this halt is exactly as @PeterKing predicted about three or four weeks ago. (I've been keeping track of what everyone says as a judge for who has the finger on the pulse). I think I'll be pretty likely to see a capital raise the same way as he described as well.
