Yeah this is just a question of not understating the feasibility study in order to avoid scrutiny.
None of the rest of it applies to us. And this is very avoidable - hell you've got a job on your hands just to stop these kinds of things from ramping their own stocks up as it is. This is just another push in the same direction.
