I think there are blackout periods where if the Director has information not known to the market, which is market sensitive, they cannot buy shares. The windows where they can buy are few, especially if they have a news flow waiting.
I'm sanguine on how much WP buys. The important thing are the deals. (Grrr? Shouldn't it be more like: Roar With Approval at the moves which are now unfolding to the market, but which clearly he's been working on for a long time?)
