I disagree.
Tesorillo will be fully funded if the investor (who has runs on the board in Spain and Europe already) decides to go ahead and drill.
It will be worth much more money to us if it's pumping gas into the nearby pipeline.
Uruguay has come close to sending us broke but Spain could at worst get our money back.
With some luck we would be on a better footing to fund Uruguay then.
So i'm thinking it will have to go on the back burner until the company is in a better position to fund it.
And personally i'd rather wait to try and recoup my money than lose it all.
