Tell me about it. As I always say the real winners of large cap stocks is generally the executive team who are rewarded without any capital deployed (real risk).
It’s why I like warren buffet as a leader so much. He is against executive pay such as this as employees are replaceable and do not take any real risks. Deployment of ones capital is the risk and should be rewarded as such.
We are just small retail holders and cannot do anything about it. Albeit in the context of profit this is immaterial, which is why they get away with it really. Nevertheless I don’t value anyone at $5-$10mpa etc. We are not worth that as an employee!!!
