The way I understand it, once the Terms of Reference is set and the three arbitrators agreed on or in this case, the third one appointed, then it's away they go. It's not like a court where you can make an appearance and argue over points. I seem to remember that there is also a time limit whereby the final decision has to be handed down as well. It is also binding and there is no appeal.
Well at least we have the arbitrators sorted out.
