Among other things having LPC’s Coal Storage facility contracted for the sole use by BT Mining will be a very contentious issue if BRL want to start their own coal exports.
I think it was smart of Talleys to negotiate 50/50 voting rights despite only owning 35% of BT mining.
Can't see Talley's wanting to share infrastructure unless they have some sort of benefit.
