What are you on about? There is no position solely for white males. There are female only positions and indigenous only positions. There are also hiring biases which I demonstrated earlier.
Do you not see females or people of colour?
Indigenous females are 22% more likely to be employed according to DPM&C data.
Companies like Google have deliberately overlooked candidates that don't fit minority criteria. They are facing legal action because of it.
A walk up start is a minority with a degree. Companies are desperate to hire a minority due to public pressure.
I accept that there is a physical advantage for physical occupations for the average male to female. This is biology and not discrimination. Separate male and female criteria has been created in order to hire more females and offset biological reality.
Many of these physical occupations also have high work place fatalities. Males account for over 90% "of workplace deaths. I find it hard to call increasing your chance of an early death an advantage
