The presentation of the Kenya field could be to sell the asset and gain some funds.
I would suspect that this wouldn’t be significant funds due to the political unrest in the country.
Another plausible reason why FAR could be promoting its Kenyan asset is to make any predators aware that any take over of FAR must include its Kenyan asset. If this asset is promoted, there will be increased awareness, which will lead to expectations of some financial consideration of this asset in a take over.
