I'll answer very briefly because I'm a bit short on time.
>does our plants/equipment attract any RECURRING revenues?
Yes. In fact the maintenance components of the contracts are often the things that make them significantly profitable. San Quentin is the large one of these that come to mind. They also offer SaaS for plant monitoring and Financing. Not all contracts feature all of these aspects though.
>what was the merger all about and what did it bring to FLC?
This is a fairly broad question. Essentially it brought US$90m of revenue, a major shareholder/influencer in Ron Lauder and company with global presence and a global team who not only offered decentralised plants, but other water treatment offerings. Most disgruntled people are only disgruntled because the share price has halved since merger (don't blame people for being annoyed). That said, if the SP doubled after the merger everyone would be happy.
