Ann: BrainChip announces collaboration with Safran, page-678

Obviously my posts need to more obvious and clearer for some!! Did you read what my post was replying to? It was to query homeales' connection between LD's comments about increased Safran licence purchases and the new factory in India.

My post was to query the TIMING of the purchase of the licences FOR INDIA, rather than for elsewhere NOW (Q1-2), as per LD announcement, and then for India LATER in the year, so as to produce the first harnesses from India in 12 months as per the announcement. Hence raising the possibility of some licence purchases now (to help more of their existing facilities get the latest industrial technology if you would like me to join all of the dots and spaces for you). The article may actually say, if you read it carefully, that Safran announced that it is now (going to) open a factory in India, that will be going to produce harnesses in the next 12 months.

Sorry to others that I have to explain it more clearly. I was not wanting to be seen to be ramping, without hard facts, but it is possible (and logical), that orders from Safran are starting to 'ramp' up. Initial demos, now more orders in Q1-2 to expand outside initial trial areas in their existing factories. And then more orders again for more licences for later in the year for the new factory that they are going to be opening in India.
