"At what price do most here see "blue sky" territory?"
As I see it,"blue sky territory" can follow from any price that happens to be trading when CYP starts earning licensing fees or royalties. That could be 50 cents, $1, $2 or $5, depending on how well the market anticipates the timing and the details of any agreement CYP enters into. Given that we can't really know either, I am not convinced that setting targets is a useful thing to do...
