I don't really see this particular deal as something that ALONE will affect the SP significantly (not taking away from the fact it is a good deal). However, when viewed with the previous MoU announcement, this is the company telling all interested parties that if they're not the only ones looking, and the company is looking at all its options. I would say its a strategic Ann for sure.
